Lurid violet color. Powerful cherry and black raspberry aromas are complemented by hints of licorice pastille, cola and potpourri. Broad and fleshy on the palate, offering appealing sweet red and dark fruit and spicecake flavors and an intense floral quality. Tightens up slowly and becomes spicier on the finish, which clings with impressive tenacity and smooth, even tannins.
