65% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, 15% Syrah. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels (30% new) and in foudres. Cask sample.Tasted blind. Oaky nose with red fruits. Firm and has quite notable oaking on the palate also. The tannins are a little oak-derived and thus rasping.
