Amadieu’s 2015 Gigondas le Pas de l’Aigle is a chewy, tannic blend of 90%Grenache and 10% Syrah that should start to soften in another couple of years. Cherries and dusty earth notes mingle easily on the nose and palate, lingering on the finish.
