Lovely lemony freshness with everything from blossoms to candied fruit. Very attractive interplay of restrained creaminess and elegant acidity, with a touch of chalky tannins that build nicely at the finish. The first vintage of this wine. A cuvee of 70% clairette matured in amphorae and neutral oak barriques, with 25% marsanne and roussanne plus 5% viognier that were all vinified in stainless steel. All from organically grown grapes.
