Due to an autumn and a winter soft and dry and a rainy April, vines growth start earlier. Summer was relatively dry and warm (with cool nights in August facilitating the accumulation of anthocyanes / color), and we get a the very mild weather during the grape harvests. This vintage was early with very good maturities ; grapes didnot suffer from the drought.
The year 2007 is perfectly balanced: colors are deep with fruity flavors. In mouth, wines are complex with explosive aromas, roudness and harmonious tannins.
